Early-access terms

Acceptie is an electronic signature service operated by DigiMar Inc ("DigiMar", "we"). It is currently in early access. Full Terms of Service will be published here before general availability, and existing customers will be asked to accept them.

Using Acceptie

You may use Acceptie to send documents you are entitled to send and to collect electronic signatures from people who agree to sign electronically. You are responsible for the content of your documents and for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for each document and jurisdiction. Acceptie does not provide legal advice.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account, including activity by team members you invite.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Documents sent beyond your plan's monthly allowance are billed at the stated per-document rate. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. After that, you have 60 days to export your documents and audit trails. For billing questions or refund requests, email rory@digimar.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use Acceptie to send unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or signers at risk.
