Privacy notice

Acceptie is operated by DigiMar Inc. This notice explains, in plain terms, what we collect while Acceptie is in early access. A full Privacy Notice will be published before general availability.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, business name and team members.
• Documents and signing details: the documents you upload, the names and email addresses of the people you send them to, and the signing events (such as when a document was viewed or signed, and from which IP address and device) that make up the audit trail.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service: to deliver documents, collect signatures, produce sealed records and audit trails, send service emails, bill your plan and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers or session recording on this site or in the product.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Acceptie, such as Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) and Stripe (payments), under agreements that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and your choices

Signed records are kept according to your plan so you can rely on them later. You can export your documents at any time, and you can contact us to ask about, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep.
